His 20-year professional playing career spanned the globe, featuring stints with prestigious clubs such as San Telmo in Argentina and Barcelona SC in Ecuador. A former star for the legendary New York Cosmos, Tony is a pillar of Memphis soccer history, having played for the Rogues, Americans, and Storm, as well as the Baltimore Blast. On the sidelines, Coach Carbognani has led programs at the professional, collegiate, and youth levels. Holding a USSF National ‘B’ License, he provides our athletes with an unparalleled technical and tactical education, shaped by decades at the highest levels of international and domestic soccer.
