Steven Ward brings over 30 years of coaching expertise and a deep-rooted European football pedigree to the Germantown Legends. With a playing career spanning nearly five decades in the United Kingdom, Steven was a standout talent in the highly competitive Manchester and Cheshire leagues, where he was named League Player of the Year and Club Player of the Year for the 1985/86 season. Since transitioning to the sidelines in 1992, he has remained dedicated to continuous coaching education, holding Level 1 and Level 2 certifications from the UK alongside his US Soccer Grassroots licenses (7v7, 9v9, and 11v11). His extensive international experience allows him to provide a unique, global perspective on player development and game management for athletes of all ages.
