Eric Allen grew up in Bartlett, TN where he played for the Rangers and West Tennessee Futbol Clubs. While playing with West Tennessee Futbol Club his team was ranked in the top 50 nationally. Eric was also a 4 year starter for TN ODP. Eric played and lettered all 4 years at Evangelical Christian School. Eric is married to Laura and has two sons (Eli and Ethan). Outside of soccer, Eric is a global dangerous goods risk manager for Amazon and is an active participant on the Germantown Education Safety Commission.
