
Kicking off her professional career, Lauren Captained the Memphis Americans for the inaugural 2021-2022 season and again for the 2023 season. The Memphis Americans Women’s team are back-to-back National Champions. Lauren was also named to the 2023 First Team All-League Team for the NISL. For the 2024 season, Lauren joined the Memphis Mayhem (formerly Americans).
During her professional career, Lauren has scored 20 goals and had 16 assists for a total of 36 points.

A graduate of Iowa State University, Lauren Draughon earned several honors while playing for the Lady Cyclones as a forward and midfielder, Academic All-Big 12 First Team, Big 12 Newcomer of the Week, Big 12 Commissioner’s Honor Roll, Cyclone Newcomer of the Year, Cyclone Excellence Award Winner, ISU Scholar-Athlete, and ISU Dean’s List.
Lauren began her semi-professional career with the Des Moines Menace (WPSL) as a Defender. And, later joining the Memphis Lobos, earning a spot on the WPSL Southeast Region All Conference team three times.
