Holding the prestigious UEFA ‘A’ License and currently a UEFA Pro Candidate, Sasa has spent decades refining his methodology through professional internships at some of the world’s most iconic clubs, including AC Milan, Aston Villa, Wolverhampton Wanderers, and Gremio. His academic pedigree is equally elite, holding a Master’s Degree in Soccer Coaching Education from Ohio University and the United Soccer Coaches Master Diploma. Sasa’s career has taken him from founding elite academies in Florida to serving as a Director of Coaching across various high-performance environments. As the 11v11 Director, he oversees the tactical development and professional standards for the club’s eldest age groups, utilizing advanced Performance Analysis and a philosophy shaped by the highest levels of European and Brazilian football.
