Ryan Schwaigert brings an elite competitive pedigree and over a decade of coaching experience to the Germantown Legends. A standout defender and former University of Memphis Captain, Ryan was named the Conference USA Defensive MVP and reached the NCAA Sweet 16 with Bowling Green State. His storied playing career includes being named the 1997 Commercial Appeal Best of the Preps Player of the Year and competing in three National Championship tournaments at the U19 and U23 levels. Since 2011, Ryan has been a staple of the Legends coaching staff, holding a USSF National D License and dedicating himself to player development across all levels, from competitive youth divisions to TOPSoccer.
