Coach Phillip Richmond brings a strong foundation of playing and coaching experience to the game, developed through years of dedication on and off the field. A four-year varsity player at Arlington High School, Phillip also competed at the club level with Memphis FC, Midsouth FC, and Bartlett Soccer Club. His performance and passion for the game earned him college soccer opportunities with Cumberland University, Hendrix College, Ouachita Baptist University, Freed-Hardeman University, and Itawamba Community College.

Phillip has coached for four years with Tennessee Soccer Academy before moving to Germantown Legends the past year, where he focuses on player development, team strategy, and fostering a love for the game. He also served as the Junior Varsity Head Coach at Arlington High School, a position he held for one year after being an assistant for one year, contributing to the growth and success of the school’s soccer program.

He currently holds both a U.S. Soccer Grassroots License and National License, and is actively working toward earning his D License and Advanced National License. Phillip is committed to helping players reach their full potential through hard work, discipline, and a passion for soccer.
