Phillip Richmond is a former Tennessee ODP standout and product of the Memphis youth circuit, Phillip holds a United Soccer Coaches National License, a USSF National D License, and a full suite of US Soccer Grassroots Certifications. Having served as an assistant at Arlington High School and a coach at TSA, he excels at bridging the gap between youth development and high-stakes high school competition.
