Serving as a U.S. Soccer Youth National Team Scout, Carl holds an elite collection of credentials, including the USSF ‘A’ License, UEFA B Diploma, and UEFA B Youth Diploma. A former professional player with the Milwaukee Wave and an NCAA D1 standout at the University of Memphis, Carl has served as a Director for multiple top-tier clubs and a Head Coach for South Region ODP. He is dedicated to creating elite player pathways and identifying the next generation of national-level talent for the Germantown Legends.
