Tom Barlow brings an elite competitive background and a decade of dedicated coaching experience to the Germantown Legends. A former standout at the Florida Institute of Technology, Tom transitioned his collegiate success into the professional ranks, competing in the USL for the Cocoa Expos. For approximately 10 years, he has been a consistent leader within the Legends organization, leveraging his high-level playing experience to mentor youth athletes. Coach Barlow has a USSF National D License.
