A former member of the U14 National Team and U17 Olympic Team, Liviu played professionally for FC Brașov, Fortuna Düsseldorf, and Maccabi Netanya before competing in the MASL with the Detroit Rockers. His coaching resume is equally elite, including tenures at Saginaw Valley State and Central Michigan University, and a dominant run at Vardar North where he led teams to four consecutive Michigan Premier League Championships. As the 9v9 Group Director, Liviu utilizes his United Soccer Coaches Premier Diploma and Arsenal Youth Development Certification to implement top-level technical standards and high-intensity tactical discipline across Legends teams. Liviu also holds a USSF D License.
