Chris Tadley brings an extensive and championship-winning collegiate coaching resume to the  Germantown Legends. Currently the Head Men’s Soccer Coach at Christian Brothers  University (CBU), Chris has amassed over a decade of experience across all three NCAA  divisions. His career highlights include serving as an assistant at the University of Wisconsin Madison and the University of Memphis, as well as helping lead Lehigh University to the  2019 Patriot League Championship. Most recently, he guided Carroll University to a CCIW  Regular Season title in 2024. A former standout at Albright College, Coach Tadley’s transition  from a successful NCAA Head Coach to the youth level provides Legends players with a direct  pipeline to elite tactical preparation and an inside understanding of the collegiate recruiting  landscape.
