Rhian Dodds brings an extraordinary level of professional and international experience to the Germantown Legends. A former standout at the NCAA Division I level, Rhian earned NEC Player of the Year honors and was later inducted into the Robert Morris University Hall of Fame. His playing career reached the highest echelons of the sport, representing Canada at every level from U-17 to the Senior Men’s National Team, including the 2005 CONCACAF Gold Cup squad. Rhian also spent seven seasons playing professionally in the Scottish Premier League with Kilmarnock Football Club.


With over a decade of coaching experience, Rhian has spent the last four years in the Ontario Player Development League (OPDL), Canada’s premier youth high-performance program. His transition to the Legends brings a world-class perspective to the pitch, where he focuses on tactical sophistication and technical precision, drawing from his years competing against the world's best players to mentor and elevate the next generation of Memphis talent.
